Student Leadership Team
The Student Leadership Team includes over 80 students who are committed to building community at USF.
Intramurals at USF provide opportunities for students of all ability and experience to participate in a wide variety of competitive activities on campus. Intramural Facilitators plan and coordinate these activities, which encourage wellness, enjoyment, social interaction, and sportsmanship.
The Intramurals Facilitators are advised by the Director of Student Activities.
Orientation Leaders serve as part of the larger New Student Connections Team. In their role, Orientation Leaders facilitate peer to peer connections among new students during the New Student Orientation and Welcome Weekend events.
The Orientation Leaders are advised by the New Student Coordinator.
Peer Ministers contribute to Campus Ministry’s outreach to all students, which stems from and is shaped by the University of Saint Francis’ Catholic-Franciscan mission, identity, and ethos. Peer Ministers assist with the planning and celebration of Sunday night Masses, Sunday Socials, integrative faith and service groups, etc.
Peer Ministers are advised by the Director of Campus Ministry.
Resident Assistants are responsible for the day-to-day life of the residence hall, and are often the first resource available to residential students. RAs plan several activities for residential students, and seek to build community in the residence halls.
Resident Assistants are advised by the Residential Life Coordinator and Housing Coordinator.
Social Justice Coordinators
The Social Justice League works in tandem with the Diversity Resource Center to create teachable moments “to recognize differences differently” within the USF community to aid in the process of building a more inclusive and supportive campus climate. Social Justice Coordinators help nudge our campus community outside of its cultural comfort zones to ensure we take seriously our Franciscan Value to “reverence the unique dignity of each person.”
The Social Justice League Coordinators are advised by the Director of Retention and Diversity Programming.
Student Activities Council (SAC) Coordinators
The Student Activities Council (SAC) provides student-led programming that promotes and engaged, inclusive, and healthy campus community for all USF students. Student Activities Council Coordinators plan and coordinate these programs, which enhance the campus life experience for USF students.
The Student Activities Council Coordinators are advised by the Director of Student Activities.
Student Government Association Officers and Senators
The Student Government Association is made up of elected officers and senators who serve as representatives of the student body of the University of Saint Francis. SGA Officers and Senators represent the student body through integrity, leadership and servitude. All SGA Officers and Senators are elected by the student body, and serve for a term of one year unless otherwise specified by the SGA Constitution and By-Laws.
The Student Government Association is advised by the Director of Student Activities.
Student Mentors serve as part of the larger New Student Connections Team.
