Submit your application
The Student Leadership application is made available at the end of November and is located in Form Central on My Cougar Connection. Position descriptions are also available on My Cougar Connection. The application deadline is the first Friday in February.
Participate in the Group Process
All applicants for student leadership positions participate in the group process, which takes place on the second Friday in February. Students will sign-up for the group process on the application form. The group process is a 90-minute interactive experience that allows students to engage in various activities with peers. This is a required step in the student leadership application process.
Schedule Individual Interviews
During the group process, students will be asked to schedule individual interviews for each student leadership position for which they are applying. During the individual interview(s), students will meet with the advisor(s) for the specific leadership team for an interview. Students are strongly encouraged to treat this as they would a job interview.
